1. ADMISSION

Employment ID & Patient Pass

All staff will be provided with a unique staff pass with a barcode ,integrated photo, name, gender (male / female), date of birth, employee number, department…
Patients will be provided with a unique patient-pass (the size of a credit card) as soon as they come for the first time in the hospital. This card can be used again for subsequent visits.
Among other things the next data will be mentioned on the patient-pass: name, gender, date of birth, social security number, and a barcode. The barcode on the patient-pass will consist of 12 digits (social security number).

1. THỦ TỤC ĐĂNG KÝ

Thẻ Cán Bộ Nhân Viên & Thẻ Khám Bệnh / Thẻ BHXH

Mỗi nhân viên ngành y tế, nhân viên bệnh viện sẽ được cấp 1 thẻ nhân viên, thông tin thẻ bao gồm : Thông tin cá nhân, hình ảnh, mã số nhân viên , phòng ban , chức vụ…Và một mã vạch mã hoá các thông tin cần thiết cho việc quản lý của bệnh viện.
Khi đến khám chữa bệnh, người bệnh sẽ được phát thẻ khám bệnh, thẻ được in ra từ một máy in mã vạch chuyên dụng, trên thẻ có mã vạch về thông tin của người bệnh.Các dữ liệu thông tin này được lưu trữ vào ngân hàng thông tin của bệnh viện cũng như hệ thống các phòng khám, phòng xét nghiệm….
Thẻ này cũng sẽ được sử dụng cho các lần tái khám tiếp theo. Mã vạch trên thẻ có thể sử dụng để mã hoá 15 ký tự của thẻ BHYT

2. CLINICAL DEPARTMENT

Patients in clinical departments carry a unique wristband, which -among other information- includes the patient’s name, gender, date and social security number (barcode). Normally the wristbands are printed by the Hospital Admission Department.

Ứng dụng công nghệ mã vạch vào việc quản lý và chăm sóc sức khoẻ mang lại rất nhiều lợi ích cho ngành y tế đồng thời giảm thiểu rủi ro không mong muốn.
