Bank Transfer
Preferred method. Transfer to RFID LAGI business account. Confirmation within 24 business hours.
PreferredQR Pay
Scan the QR code on the quotation/contract via your banking app for quick payment. Transfer details auto-filled.
Cash
Available for on-site deployments in Ho Chi Minh City or orders under 20 million VND. Receipt issued immediately.

5 Refund Policy
Hardware (RFID & ASCAM)
- 100% refund if manufacturer defect cannot be replaced within 7 days
- 1:1 replacement within 30 days for technical defects
- No refund for damage caused by misuse
ASCAM Software (ECAM)
- No refund after license activation
- Free trial supported before purchase decision
- Upgrade from Extend to Ultimate: pay the difference only
6 VAT Invoices
RFID LAGI issues electronic VAT invoices for all transactions. Invoices sent via email within 3 business days after payment receipt.
Licensed Software
Software service invoice issued. VAT exempt per Vietnamese law for software products.
Hardware Equipment
Sales invoice issued. 10% VAT applies. Website/quotation prices include VAT unless noted otherwise.
