1 Data Collection
RFID LAGI CO., LTD (Tax ID: 0316634725) collects information necessary to provide RFID equipment and ASCAM ENTERPRISE software services:
Information Collected
- - Representative name / contact person
- - Phone number, email address
- - Company name, tax ID, job title
- - Warehouse / office / delivery address
- - Technical requirements, deployment scale
Purpose of Use
- - Consulting, quoting RFID and ASCAM solutions
- - Signing contracts and issuing VAT invoices
- - Activating, managing ECAM software licenses
- - Delivering equipment, installation, warranty
- - Technical support and update notifications
2 ASCAM Video Data Security
Data stored on customer's computer (LOCAL)
All packing video recordings are stored directly on the customer's computer. Videos are not uploaded to third-party cloud services and do not pass through RFID LAGI servers. Customers have full control over their video data.
HYBRID CLOUD sharing (optional)
When customers proactively share videos with marketplaces for dispute resolution, videos are temporarily transmitted via CDN. Videos are stored briefly on CDN and auto-deleted after sharing is complete. This feature is only activated when the customer explicitly clicks share.
3 Encryption and Data Protection
HTTPS / SSL
All communication between browsers and rfidlagi.com is encrypted via HTTPS with industry-standard SSL/TLS certificates.
TLS Encryption
Data transmitted via license activation API and HYBRID CLOUD is protected by TLS encryption, preventing eavesdropping and spoofing.
RFID Device Security
Chainway RFID readers support encrypted communication between tags and readers. Tag data is transmitted securely over internal network connections.
Infrastructure Security
Website and cloud services hosted on Cloudflare CDN with DDoS protection, WAF (Web Application Firewall), and rate limiting.
4 Access Control
Role-based Permissions
ASCAM software supports role-based access: administrator, warehouse manager, packing staff. Each role only accesses data within their permission scope.
Audit Logging
All actions — accessing, viewing videos, sharing — are logged in detail. Administrators can track who accessed what data and when.
5 No Third-Party Data Sharing
RFID LAGI commits to absolutely never selling, sharing, or providing customer information to any third party, except when:
- - Written consent is given by the customer
- - Required by competent Vietnamese government authorities per applicable law
- - RFID LAGI staff sign confidentiality agreements when accessing customer data during technical support
6 Customer Rights
Customers have the following rights regarding their personal data:

View all personal data provided to RFID LAGI
Right to Rectify
Request updates or corrections to personal data at any time
Right to Delete
Request complete deletion of personal data from RFID LAGI systems
Right to Opt Out

Right to Complain
