Terms and conditions governing the use of rfidlagi.com and services provided by RFID LAGI CO., LTD.
1 Scope of Application
By accessing rfidlagi.com and/or using the products and services of RFID LAGI CO., LTD (Tax ID: 0316634725), you agree to comply with all terms below.
These terms apply to two main business areas:
- - RFID Chainway Equipment: Fixed readers, handheld readers, antennas, tags, and RFID accessories
- - ASCAM ENTERPRISE: ECAM software and camera hardware for packing video recording
2 Products and Services
- - RFID LAGI provides authorized Chainway RFID equipment and ASCAM ENTERPRISE packing camera software in Vietnam.
- - Technical specifications and pricing on the website are for reference only. Official prices are per signed quotation/contract.
- - Product images may differ slightly from actual products due to manufacturer version updates.
- - RFID LAGI reserves the right to change prices, specifications, and features without prior notice on the website. Signed contracts are not affected.
3 ASCAM Software License
ECAM / ASCAM ENTERPRISE software is licensed in two models:
ASCAM - Per station/year license
- - Each license corresponds to 1 packing station (1-6 cameras depending on plan)
- - Annual renewal with 30-day advance notice
- - On expiry: software stops, but saved videos remain accessible
RFID - Per project
- - RFID devices sold permanently (no license fees)
- - Free SDK integration per device
- - Integration technical support per contract
Prohibited: Copying, distributing, reselling, or lending ECAM software to third parties. Reverse engineering, modifying source code, or creating derivative products is strictly forbidden.
4 RFID LAGI Rights and Obligations
Obligations
- - Deliver products matching described features and specifications
- - Provide technical support throughout usage period
- - Free ECAM software updates during license term
- - Honor warranty per committed policy
- - Protect customer data confidentiality
- - Issue complete VAT invoices for all transactions
Rights
- - Refuse support if customer violates terms
- - Suspend service upon detecting unauthorized use
- - Change service pricing with 30-day advance notice
- - Revoke license when expired and not renewed
- - Update terms with 30-day advance notice
5 Customer Rights and Obligations
Rights
- - Full use of all purchased product features
- - Technical support during business hours
- - Free software updates during license term
- - Request VAT invoices
- - Data privacy per privacy policy
- - Product training during deployment
Obligations
- - Pay on time per contract terms
- - Use software for intended purpose, respect copyright
- - Do not copy or distribute ECAM software
- - Properly maintain supplied hardware
- - Provide accurate information when signing contracts
- - Prepare infrastructure (network, PCs) per technical requirements
6 Warranty Policy

Not covered: Damage from misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized third-party repairs, or external physical impact.
7 Intellectual Property
- - Website content, RFID LAGI logo, and ASCAM ENTERPRISE brand are owned by RFID LAGI CO., LTD.
- - ECAM software is intellectual property protected under Vietnamese IP law. License grants usage rights only, not ownership transfer.
- - Unauthorized copying or distribution of content, images, or technical documents is strictly prohibited.
- - Video data recorded by customers belongs to the customer. RFID LAGI has no right to access or use it.

9 Limitation of Liability
- - RFID LAGI is not liable for indirect damages or data loss due to customer hardware failure (hard drive failure, power outage).
- - Maximum compensation liability does not exceed the signed contract value.
- - Customers are responsible for backing up important video data. RFID LAGI recommends using backup drives or NAS.
10 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties prioritize resolution in the following order:
- 1 Direct negotiation: Both parties discuss and seek solutions through direct dialogue or email.
- 2 Mediation: If no agreement within 30 days, both parties may request third-party mediation.
- 3 Court: Disputes shall be resolved at the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City under Vietnamese law.
Related Policies
Terms effective from contract signing date. RFID LAGI may update terms with 30-day advance notice.
