GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
These General Terms and conditions of Delivery and Payment are applicable to each quotation of and contract with RFIDLaGi.com for the performance of services and/or for the sale of software and goods.
Deviations from and amendments to these Terms & Conditions will only be binding insofar as RFIDLaGi.com has explicitly confirmed this in writing, duly signed by an authorized representative of RFIDLaGi.com
The general terms and conditions of the customer will not be applicable unless and insofar as RFIDLaGi.com has expressly agreed to this in writing, duly signed by an authorized representative of RFIDLaGi.com.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “customer” will also mean “purchaser” or “distributor” as and when appropriate.
COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONTRACT
A contract to deliver goods and/or services will be deemed to have commenced between RFIDLaGi.com and the customer when the customer’s order has been confirmed in writing byRFIDLaGi.com or when RFIDLaGi.com has commenced delivery of such order.
PRICING AND CONTENT INFORMATION
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries will be made by RFIDLaGi.com against the prices specified in the price list published by RFIDLaGi.com and in force on the date of acceptance of the order. All prices quoted by RFIDLaGi.com are exclusive VAT, possible export or import duties, forwarding costs, insurance costs and any necessary installation charges. RFIDLaGi.com reserves the right to adjust the prices for the software, services and/or goods from time to time.
Prices shown are in USD currency. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
We do our very best to provide you with excellent, competitive prices on our website. While RFIDLaGi.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, RFIDLaGi.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item and notify you of such cancellation.
RFIDLaGi.com does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. However, we strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great value, every day.
Merchandise Content: RFIDLaGi.com attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. However, RFIDLaGi.com does not warrant that the product description or other Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product that is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
RFIDLaGi.com shall at any time be entitled to amend its services and alter the goods, specifications and instructions for use to improve them or to comply with applicable standards and governmental regulations.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please note that certain orders constitute improper use of RFIDLaGi.com and its services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped .
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment accounts) has been charged,we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment accounts) in the amount of the charge.
PAYMENT
The Customer agrees to pay the license fee for RFIDLaGi.com via the Web Store at the time Customer enters this agreement, using a payment method accepted by the Web Store.
DELIVERY
The product you have purchased is a digital product and the product shall be delivered via email. Your responsibility to ensure the email is correct and deliberate attempt to falsify emails and any action identified as fraudulent will result in the suspension of your order and account.
Order yours before 2.30pm for same day dispatch. Please check all your details are correct and your spam/ junk folder . A License/Product Key is the serial number or product code that activates a product. This is usually a combination of numbers and letters.
Customers can still elect and request to have their product sent via post and specify directly to which email address that they wish to receive their purchase via normal post. After the purchase customers will receive a purchase confirmation via email, in addition to that a letter will be posted and this will contain the instructions to download the product they have purchased, including the serial Keycode to activate the product purchased; the letter will not contain a physical disk. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that we have the correct postal address when completing their purchase and it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any changes via email at [email protected]
EXPORT POLICY
You acknowledge that the purchased goods licensed or sold on the Site, which may include technology and software, are subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations and may also be subject to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country in which the products are manufactured and/or received. By purchasing, downloading, or using technology or software from the Site, you agree to abide by the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note that as these products offered in our store are digitally delivered these would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations and we cannot accommodate order cancellation, returns, or modifications after they have been either emailed, sent, used, or activated. However, exchanges and voucher credit can be applied as long as the customer notifies us via email at [email protected]
Electronic voucher credit can be used in our store only. A voucher can also be gifted to friends and family or donated.
We would like to highlight and emphasize that we had to introduce these measures to protect us from the increased amount of fraudulent activities as well as to protect our digital stock as these items are no longer safe and secure; once they have been delivered via email there is no way to re-sell those items, your understanding is much appreciated.
Please note, that we will only issue a replacement for defective Product Keys. Replacements will only be issued in cases where we have been allowed access to fully investigate and are unsolvable.
Is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product they are buying is compatible with their machine/PC/Laptop, the customer needs to ensure that the machine can handle the product they have purchased from our store we cannot be responsible if the customer machine doesn’t work or has other defects that are completely unrelated to our product.
Please ensure your replacement or refund requests do not fall under any of the following restrictions before attempting a replacement or a request for a refund for a defective product.
Incorrect purchases
We cannot issue a refund or replacement if a customer has purchased an incorrect product and/or the product is not compatible. We endeavor to make product compatibility as clear and visible as possible, and we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect purchases. You can ask questions via the link.
Installation and/or Activation Issues
Our support team is ready to help with any issues you have with your purchased Product Key, therefore before actioning a request for a refund we endeavor to resolve any issues with you. During this process, we reserve the right to resolve the matter first, and request digital images, such as a screenshot of the code being entered and the error encountered to help us investigate the issue.
In some cases, we may need to use remote-based access and support software, such as TeamViewer to fully resolve your issue. Refunds and/or replacements will only be issued in cases where we have been allowed access to fully investigate and are unsolvable/
Order Cancellation, fraudulent & suspicious transactions
We reserve the right to reject any fraudulent orders and/or pursue any orders that have been charged back and claimed via the payment provider, this applies to all incoming orders which we believe to be of suspicious nature (such as unauthorized/fraudulent payments, etc.).
We cannot cancel orders if you have already received the activation code, as this item is no longer safe and secure and there is no way to re-sell that item.
We cannot cancel or refund an order, just because you don’t enjoy / like, or use the product.
Exchanges & refunds
If you have received remote assistance from our technical team via remote control (team viewer) and if the software package is defective and/or cannot be resolved even after receiving assistance from our technical support team , we will issue customers with a replacement product key for the same product purchased. If we are not able to resolve and fix the issue we will refund you the purchase.
NOTE: We would like to remind our customers, highlight, and emphasize that we cannot cancel orders if you have already received the activation code.
