Project Overview
ARGroup owns thousands of fixed assets (computers, furniture, office equipment) spread across multiple branches. Traditional auditing with Excel and barcodes took weeks each year and frequently produced errors. RFID LAGI deployed an RFID solution that audits all assets in just 1-2 days.
Deployment Timeline
Survey & Planning
Surveyed all assets at 5 branches. Classified assets, identified suitable tag types (metal tags, plastic tags, sticker tags). Created master asset list.
RFID Tag Attachment
Printed and attached RFID tags to 10,000+ assets. Each tag contains asset code, location, managing department. Used CP30 RFID printer for labels.
Infrastructure Setup
Deployed URA8 at entry/exit gates, equipped staff with Sled Reader R6 for auditing. Installed RFID asset management software.
First Full Audit
Audited all 10,000+ assets across 5 branches. Completed in 2 days (previously took 3 weeks). Discovered and resolved hundreds of missing assets.
Operation & Optimization
System in full production. Auto-detects assets moving through gates. Quarterly audits now take just half a day.
