How does ASCAM ENTERPRISE work?
Staff scans a tracking barcode/QR with the scanner, ECAM software automatically starts camera recording. When the next order is scanned, the previous video auto-saves linked to that tracking number. Managers find any video by entering the tracking number — results appear in 5 seconds.
How many cameras per packing station?
Minimum 1 wide-angle camera covering the entire packing table. Recommended: 2 cameras — 1 overhead (overview) and 1 side angle (product detail). ECAM Ultimate supports up to 6 cameras per station for multi-angle surveillance needs.
Where are videos stored and for how long?
Videos are stored on local hard drives at the packing computer. With a 1TB drive, you can store 30-60 days depending on video quality and camera count. Ultimate plan supports NAS/network server storage. Storage can be expanded anytime.
Does ASCAM work with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada?
ASCAM video evidence is shared via direct links. When a marketplace requests packing proof, simply enter the tracking number, copy the video link, and send it. No complex API integration needed — works with any e-commerce platform.
How long does ASCAM deployment take?
1-5 stations: 1 day. 5-20 stations: 2-3 days. 20+ stations: 3-5 days. Includes camera installation, software setup, scanner configuration, staff training, and testing. RFID LAGI technicians come to your facility for deployment.
